Boomerang Welcomes New Training and Development Manager
As an illustration of Boomerang’s commitment to the training and development of our employees, we are pleased to announce the creation of a new Training and Development Manager’s role and the hiring of our new training and development manager, Ashley Hager.
Ashley has 13 years of experience and a proven track record of success in the area of employee learning and development, and this experience will be invaluable as we strive to meet the enterprise goals and employee growth objectives of our company. Ashley holds a BA, with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, and has held similar positions within the oil & gas industry.
According to Boomerang CEO, Paul Deweese, the company plans for an aggressive program under Ashley’s leadership to include training in the areas of management, safety, new hire, sales, manufacturing efficiency, finance for non-financial managers, and others. “Our employees are our number one asset. We will invest in training and human development on a consistent and purposeful basis, and this training will pay dividends for our employees, customers and partners now and into the future. I’m excited to have Ashley Hager on board to lead this critical Boomerang training initiative into the next decade.”, said DeWeese.
